What are you using to determine no signal? A noid light will tell you for sure.. a multimeter won't respond quick enough.. Follow the helms.. check for voltage at each injector with the ignition on, check for continuity from the ECU to each injector. If you have a spare ECU throw that in as well..

i tested it with the noid light.. it doesn't blink at all when i crank the car.. i switched three different ecu and still dont work.. i changed out the ignition coil and the icm and the distrubuter.. it still wont crank... there is no gas getting to it.. spark is there.. fuel filter and fuel pressure regulater shows gas going thru..

Did you check for continuity from the ecu to each injector?
Did you check for battery voltage at each injector with the ignition on?

i'm probably being thick.. but you used a multimeter to check the wire from the injector to the ECU? and you see battery voltage at the injector? If so, it really only makes sense that its the ECU. I don't see why the alarm would effect the injectors firing.. i could see the fuel pump or starter being cut off by the alarm..
Did you use the noid light on each injector to make sure none are working at all?

ok i checked the voltage again from my injectors.. it goes from 9.1 volts and the highest it goes is 11.4.. but it jumps up and down when i mess with my engine harness plugs by the batteries.. so i think i might have a short somewhere..

ok, this is how it goes. we used the multimeter to check of the injector harness. the yellow/black wires gets 12 volts. we check the injectors there all within ohm specs. changed the dizzy already. changed relay. we had the car running for like 10 minutes, switched ecu and it cranked right up...shut the car off for a good 10 minutes tried to start and same problem again. i used the noid light for injector one but didn't test all the injectors. i noticed when you check the injector for 12v on they yellow/black wire, went and check for voltage on the the other wires. apparently they give a negative pulse to for the injectors right? b4 starting the car. key on, positive 12v on the yellow/black wire and a negative 12v on the other side wires. but we are ready below 12 on the multimeter. am i making any sense?
