seeeya04, he told me the tranny was good and i was there when he drive it up to swap it so im almost 100% sure its good.
littleredcivic, No the motor doesnt stall when i release the clutch, but if the axels werent quite in wouldnt they not bolt into place?? But im about to go outside and check out these few things and ill report back in a lil while, Thanks for the help.

Have someone push in the clutch pedal while you stand in front and make sure the clutch slave cylinder is engaging the fork.If you are putting it in gear and it is not moving you might have a broken input shaft.(maybe)Did you put in the friction plate?Had to ask!

Ok well i went outside started the car up and put it into gear and noticed my speeodmetter was moving when i let off the clutch, so its got to be my axels right? If so which one should i check first or would both of them be the problem??

Re: (t0ekn3e)
sounds to me like the axles are not in if your speedometer is moving and your car does not stall out when it is in gear and not moving.
I suggest checking your axle to ensure that it is in all of the way.....if it is not in your open differential will let the free side spider take up all of the movement.
I guarantee that if you raise the front of your vehicle and start it up and put it into gear that one of your wheels will spin a little bit. Just make sure that the axle of the wheel that is not spinning is in all of the way and you should be good to go.
oh, we are taliing about the inner joint that goes into the transmission.....sometimes the C-clip hangs up and does not allow it to go in all of the way.
