Time for a new clutch and possibly tranny.

When the clutch wears out, the splines on the pressure plate lose their action so to speak, not allowing the fork/throwout bearing to fully disengage the clutch from the flywheel, which would prevent you from going into gear.

As for your tranny, has it ever had any problems with grinds or popping out of gear before all of this?

Never ever had any problems with it popping outta gear at all...what kinda clutch setup should I go with being that I'm running an all motor setup...B16 head GSR Block and Tranny...(built)..wondering if I should bother replacing the clutch or jus do what every1 says and jus save and upgrade to an LSD so I can get the most power out or jus do the clutch setup..all help appreciated thanks

hmmm.. i had the same problem myself.. couldnt get into gear. i was ready to buy a new clutch but then ive been told to check the clutch master cylinder and clutch slave first before spending $500+ on a new clutch. turned out that my clutch slave was leaking out and spent about $50 and bam, problem solved. bottom line is, check all the small things first, like leaks from the clutch master cylinder and clutch slave before spending $$$, wont hurt to check... GL!
