First time it happens I tried to start my car but it wouldnt it would turn over but no start I tried it a couple of times and then it started I felt a strong gas smell then I rev the car and white smoke came out lately ive seen some black residue on the back of my car above the muffler any advise of what it mite be?

Is the CEL ON?

White smoke generally means you're burning coolant? Are you having overheating problems or noticing coolant loss?

Black smoke means you're running rich. Might look at the O2 sensor or for a leak/crack in the exhaust manifold.

Stock D16Z6 cold air intake Just did full tuneup a couple of weeks ago with oaftermarket performance parts just started saving up for big stuff later so yeah I made sure my wires where in the right place and all that

the cel turns on when im going around 30+mph and stays on til I turn off the car the coolant its normal, no overheating problems at all I though it was the o2 sensor but Does having a bad o2 sensor would make the car react this way?

Retrieve the CEL trouble code from the ECU:

Then clear the ECU, drive the car, and see whether any codes repeat. Troubleshoot repeating codes.

I got #43 Fuel supply system and #1 O2A - Oxygen sensor #1

I guess im gonna buy the sensor and see of that takes care of #43

Ive change the o2 senor now the cel light doesnt go off when driving but I still have the same problem with the car not turning on sometimes. it keeps turning over and sometimes it turns on but it dies off a second later or it shakes and dies any other suggestions?

First pull the CEL trouble codes again. You may have a new one.

By the way, when the car won't start, turn the key to ON, and listen for the low humming noise of the fuel pump priming for about 2 seconds. If you don't hear the priming noise, then the main relay may be bad.

If you hear the fuel pump prime when the engine won't start, then check for spark at the plugs.

it read 43 Fuel supply system im stuck i dont know what that means

You could have a clogged fuel filter or a faulty main relay or fuel pump.

I recommend that you replace the fuel filter and either solder or replace the main relay.

Does your fuel pump always prime? If not its your main relay.

well ive been driving my car with no problems today I heard the humming noise everytime I dont think its the fuel filter or the spark plugs since i did a full tune-up recently ill make sure to listen fro the noise when my car doesnt start but it seems like its boiling down to the relay ill double check the plugs just to be sure i dont know if what im going to say helps on anything but my car always seems to not start everytime i park it uphill it always happens in that particular situation
