Default Car will not stay running after motor got wet (( HELP ))

My cousin has a 92 hatch with a poor mans type r swap. Car is running off of a p28 with hondata s200b. We swapped out the radiator from an aftermarket to stock and the car was running perfect prior. There was some pressure still in the lines and coolant sprayed all over (but not into the intake). There was water down in cylinder 1 spark chamber. We drieed everything out then i pulled the plugs they are fuel fouled. I replaced them, started the car it runs ok then shuts off. Smells like fuel, What could have caused this.

Things i have tried:

Dried out spark chambers
Pulled and replaced plugs and wires
no moisture in dizzy cap
all injectors are firing (used screwdriver to hear clicking)
reset ecu (several times)

car orignally was missing bad but now runs ok but will stutter once in a while then just shut off randomly. HELP PLEASE

firing order is correct, the car ran perfect prior to this water/coolant situation

Did you happen to mess with vaccuum lines? Or did coolant maybe get into a wire harness? Check the fuse box and all harness connections

make sure your ecu ground is solid. its on the thermostat housing, maybe you hit it by accident
