well you can try messing with the throttle position sensor, i had a similer concern and it turned out to be the tps, or do you have launch control disabled with the s300 check and see if its on.

engine timing, not ignition timing. i had a similar problem, adjusted the engine timing, and now mine runs fine. try it!

Your ECU is running in limp mode. I dunno if you already fixed your problem but this happened to me.

Did you install the ITR motor into a DX Civic? If so, your TPS and MAP sensors are switched around. Extend one of them, and switch them around. Reset your ECU and you should be fine, if that was the problem.

thats what I was thinking...mine does this same stuff right at 3000 miles when I need an oil change and the oil pressure light flickers, soon as I change the oil everything goes back to normal

I have a code for a bad EGR valve also, but Im assuming its the engine oil pressure going down that send the ecu into limp mode??

My car did the same thing. But as soon as I hooked up a chipped ecu with knock and o2 disabled it ran up to the normal redline.

dont gsr's have the butterflys in the intake? i bet that would do it if those are staying closed.

never messed with a gsr or anything like that, but i could see that doing it...

Have you checked to see you haven't pulled anything out of your ecu pinout. If something pulls out of your ecu harness it would cause similar problems.
