car was towed with e-brake up...
Hey guys, long story short, my buddy's civic dx was towed from his apt. complex with the e-brake up the entire time. We're assuming that everything in the drum assemble is cashed. The e-brake has been released, but it seems like its still engaged. What do you guys think we should do to start tearing the rear hub apart? The drums feel like they have been welded on, prolly from all of the heat whjle being dragged 20+ miles.
Any help/advice would greatly be appreciated.
