Car Stuttering Problem
Hi, it's been awhile since I posted here. I have two problems that you might be able to assist me with.
I have a 99 Honda Civic Auto which got stolen like twice, but was able to rebuilt it again. First problem, I noticed when I am driving and accelerating and suddenly let go of the gas, the entire car begins to stutter. I also look at my RPM and the needle is at around 2k RPM then it starts to jump back to 1K - 2 K RPM. I am not sure what is causing this because this doesn't happen all the time, but it really bothers me. Second problem, I am not sure if this noise is coming from my engine, but when I am driving over 40-45 MPH, I notice this rubbing or scratching noise coming from the left side of my car. I thinking the tires are rubbing against the fenders or something, but it sounds like the tires are going to explode and I can't seem to drive the car over 40-45 MPH. Anyone had this problem before? Any suggestions or comments, please let me know. Thanks. |
