Car stuttering at low RPMs, help?
Hi, my buddy has a 98 CX hatch w/ a 95 B18B1 LS swap. His car seems to be pulsating at low RPMs in any gear when he's just cruising around. His car also shakes violently from time to time as well because of it. Any suggestions as to what it could be? Fuel? Timing? Ignition? Wiring? Any help would be greatly appriciated for him. Thanks.

If does it no matter what (sitting in neutral in one place or rolling in gear) when revving then he might have an ignition problem(spark plugs, wires, distributor, cap, rotor) judging by your description of the problem. If it only does it rolling in either neutral or in gear then he may have the wrong axles for his swap. If it only does it at high speeds then his tires may be out of balance or just in bad shape. These are just possibilities, and known problems with hondas, oem and hybrids.
