Default Car stoped starting :(

Ok, so this is about my brother's 00 hatch with b18c5. My brother tryed to start the car, but it dose not start after car was off for 30 min's.

This is what i was told:
1) the timing was cheacked by 3 dif ppl and they said its standing perfect.
2) there was spark

This is what i cheacked:
1) fuel
2) fuel presuer
3) I changed distrubeder and wiries and spark plugs

note: when i took off old spark plugs they were very black and wet with fuel.

And were is the main relay on 00 hatch and how dose it look like?

I thought its very weird for somthing like this to happen I dont know what do do no more... So please help some how. And there is NO CEL codes

Car usaly runs on obd1 ecu but i tryed obd2b b16 ecu too, no luck.

if you have fuel pressure, then obviously the main relay is working.

I would double check spark. Easiest thing to do is swap a friends dist. on there. I would also maybe check the injectors. If you have spark and the plugs are wet, definately too much fuel. Wiring for the injectors ever been messed with? Injector hung wide open? Try swaping in a different set of injectors and see what happens.

ok ill try to swap dif fuel injectors. Yes the wiring for the fuel injectors have bin messed with. Thows "clips" for fuel injectors are not there so its just thow little peices or mettle that are from inside thows clip's, and yes they do tuch together sometimes. So that might be the problem cuz car was driving fine like that for 3-4k mikes

If your running larger injectors, it might be flooding. Also don't put your foot on the gas pedel when starting.

on a b16? those are gunna be bigger then b16 injectors. Shouldnt make that big of a difference though.

and your foot on the pedel will flood the injectors.
