car starts REALLY hard, help
my cars been starting extremely hard, its horribly embarrasing. its a fully built top and bottom end d16 boosted.
i have to hold my foot to the floor or it wont pop at all, once it does fire up i have to keep my foot to the floor for sometimes up to 2 minutes, during this time it will just chug like its only firing on 2 cylinders or something and will not go past 800rpm, then eventually it fires RIGHT up and drives completely perfect.
checked the plugs, there fine, not overly saturated at all, the car just randomly started doing it and i dont understand why.
has anyone had this issue before?
thanks for the help in advance

Re: (projecthatch92)
This could be alot of things. Your def misfiring for sure when it's cold, like my motor used to do. All I had to do was seafoam it, get a new battery, adjust the valves and change the oil and it ran perfectly fine. But in your case with having to hold down the gas, sounds like it could be an injector issue. Check their flow and all. Plus the seafoam would really help since it cleans out your injectors, etc. Also could be a plugged fuel filter, bad gas, wrong firing order, lots of things. Gotta start trouble shooting

Re: (projecthatch92)
tuned on s300, and it does it even if the motor is still a little warm, but not as bad...
fuel filter is new
lifters were adjusted correctly last week actually
battery is in working condition
car was tuned using s300
ill try sea foaming the biatch, i think its the injectors as well, 3 are fine and the number 1 is wet, so idk wtf that means lol..
