Hey guys, I was having trouble starting my car last week. I would turn the key, the injectors would prime, i'd wait, press the clutch and turn the ignition and nothing, i'd try again, nothing, release the clutch and press it again several times, then it would crank. I almost went out and got a starter thinking that was the issue. Then while trying to start the car again, i thought i'd hold the ignition and release and press the clutch to see if it did anything, To my surprise it started. I realised that i had to let off the clutch slightly and it would start. I will assume that im pressing the clutch to far down, or something is up with the clutch lockout switch or whatever you call it. Anyhow is this normal, or am i going to lose start up completely? Is there a way to bypass it or fix it? thanks.
