Please help me locate this problem I'm having. When driving on normal roads and or highways we know there are slight bumps. Every time I come across a small bump my car always skirt from underneath and the car hops/bounce. It squeaks every time it skirt. I remember about a month ago I took my car to the shop to get a universal horn installed right below the driver's dashboard. Later that day when I came back home the air dam behind my front bumper totally came off. I then threw it away. Could that be the problem? I also notice that when i pick up 1st gear it is really weak now. So I'm curious where this squeak noise is coming from? Anyone have any idea? I drive a 92 hatch. Any help would be grateful.

Way too vague here...Are your tires good? Is your suspension stock or has it been messed with...Either way, is it still functioning correctly? How is your steering rack? There are a ton of things that could cause this problem, but if it is as bad as you say, the problem should be pretty evident.

Tires are good. Suspension has not been mess with. The steering wheel is somewhat crooked after the mechanic shop installed a horn in it. I can hear some cracked noise when I turn the steering wheel. It gets irritated. Could that be the problem? My car has never had this skirt problem before they installed the horn in it. Every time I go on the road the car always hop even on small bump, then the car would skirt down the left bottom side of the car. Not the right side. I know the air dam behind the front bumper came off and it was on the left side too. Any idea?

Not too sure what you mean by "skirting" but my car scrapes when taking a turn too sharp. Its just my plastic shroud under my motor, around my subframe. maybe a video if possible?

Yes that! when going on roads the car keeps skirting like that with a 'sssssssss' noise.

Look under it and see what has scrape marks. Once you figure out what is scraping then raise the car up to a height that it does not scrape.

Since it happened after the horn install, check the front bumper underneath where it attaches to the bottom of the radiator support. To install the horn correctly you would have to at least partially remove the front bumper. Maybe the mechanic didn't put it back on correctly.

I can't believe anyone here haven't a clue what I'm talking about. I went to the grocery store today and someone told me it's the air velt or something that is causing the skirt. It keeps on cranking up and down. Does anybody know exactly what it is called again?

If you are having trouble describing the problem and what is causing it how are we supposed to know the solution?

When you have sex on the bed it squeaks. I don't know a better way to describe it. When the car go on the road once it come to a bump it will skirt badly. Yes my car is low but that's not the reason why. I know it has to be something else. When I do sharp turns it squeak/skirt badly.
