Same exact problem I am having on my car. Shudders like it's going to blow up when putting into first. After 15 minutes of driving, it's normal again. Only happens going into first gear and when I have not driven the car for over 12 hours. My oil levels are constant, axles and suspension are good, tires are good, brakes are good.. not sure what it is.

I still have the problem but it's only doing it when the car is driven for like 25 minutes and warms up. I don't have the problem when the car is cold or in any other gear except for the 1st. So I think the problem is that when I drive the car for like 25 minutes the friction on the clutch is building up and it's harder for the clutch to pull the weight of the car from a dead stop. After a while I found that the hood starts shaking also so I had to readjust the hood latch and lubricate it so it doesn't shake as much.
Does the hood latch have 8mm bolts or 10mm bolts? I have to readjust the hood latch today actually.

I have the very same problem - what did you do to resolve the issue - i have got my car to be checked by many garages including Honda and none of them have diagnosed it properly - one says Clutch and gearbox and the other says transmission fluid
car seems to be fine for the first 25 mins until it warms up and then starts to judder / shudder only in 1st and reverse gear - car seems to be fine on other gears and on motorways
please help !

I have had this problem in the past. My experience with this problem was burn marks on flywheel (blue marks) as well as burnt pressure plate.

hi guys i am experiencing the same problem,
i replaced the clutch 3 times resurfaced the flywheel 3 times, replaced all the mountings, and replaced the inner cv,
and i am still experiencing a shudder in 1st gear and clutch control,
PLEASE HELP!!!!

same case with my EG..motor mount new,clutch new..axles OK.upper and lower ball joint brand new..but still shaking when release clutch 1rst gear and reverse gear..
some says above its the air comein to hidrolic clutch line..true?
please help
