I have an LS in my EK and recently when i accelerate reaching a speed between 55-65 the car starts to shake. However when i pass that speed range the car is back to normal. Does anyone know wat might be the problem?

Wheels are out of balance? Rims bent? Suspension related? Maybe one of those issues?

could be a lot of things, ranging from loose lug nuts to worn bushings, have you done a visual audit of your front end to rule out the simple things?

Oh yea, lug nuts. But I think the car would shake even at low speeds with loose lug nuts.

i had the same problem... got my wheels re-balanced and the shake was gone.

maybe you have snow on ur wheels

it really sounds like a tie rod end. either inner or outer, most likely outer, jack up the car and move the wheel around and see if anything moves.

You need tires balanced.

my fdr did the same thing and stupid as it sounds i added air to the tires and all was well

im thinking the wheel might be off balanced. Like you guys said. ill check that and thanks for all the replies.
