what was the last thing you did? Sounds like a major vac leak if the throttle plate is completely closed like you said.

Agreed, first thing id check is any vacum leaks. If you removed any intake related parts (throttle body, intake manifold, misc sensors) make sure those are also sealed properly

Make sure that the fast idle valve is not open.
Thats the valve on the bottom side of the T/B

Is there a certain vac line that could cause this or just anyone of them in general?

Anyone have vac diagrams w/pics? (I don't have much vac knowledge/experience )

which manifld is on there? is the filter on the top of the manifold?...

if not:

there should be a hose comming off the fuel rail and going down under the drivers side of the car. also one comming off the other side of the rail and going to the manifold...there should be a larger hose comming off the back of the manifold that goes to the brake booster. there might be a small hose comming off the top of the t/b that can be plugged off or go to the evap cannister. also on the back of the manifold(on the iavc) there will be 2 water hoses...one goes to the water tube underneith and the other to the t/b. and 1 from the t/b to the upper rad hose.

I wasn't sure if it was the y7 manifold, i searched and found a picture.

It's definitly not the y7 manifold as my t/b sets horizontal. Looks alot like a Z6.

I will update tomorrow evening with pictures and such.

if its a z6 manifold than everything i said ^^^^ is correct....if all that is good than try starting it from under the hood(wire to starter)and put yer hand over the t/b....if its still running than you should be able to hear where the air is getting in. if you cant hear it....put some water in a spray bottle and spray around the manifold which plugging the t/b you will hear/see it suck the water in. if its not running than might be iacv.

by the way how high does it rev if you let it run?

Revlimit would be my guess, it revs quickly and im scared to let it go too high. I cut it off at 4k (just in case), dont want it to blow.

would the iac motor vac lines possibly be the prob? and if so where are they exactly suppose to go?

Another Question: I have a denso plug-in on the fuel rail (says denso pc55), have no connector on the wiring harness for this, what is it , how do i fix this?

dont turn the motor off unless it goes all the way up to 7k or something. If it drops back down a little then goes back up to 4k etc.. then its deffinetly a vacume leak. You probably just have a nipple without a hose on it or something. Check your intake manifold very carefully for any vacume leaks (nipples/screw holes).
