Default Car runs bad when cold. please help.

Hi im new to this site, I just recently bought a 98 honda civic. When I purchased the car it had been running before I got there. We'll now that I have had it for 2 weeks ive noticed the car doesn't run right when the engine is not warm. Basically the car starts right up idles fine and you can even drive it. but while your driving and putting the car under load it bogs out and seems to not have any power if you continue driving for 5-10 minutes it warms up and runs great! There is no CEC so im lost on where to look... So far ive replaced Spark plugs, dist cap, and rotor button? wires look new. the car is a 1.6l with a 5 speed tranny all that was done is a intake. any ideas would be great thank you for your time.
