Car running like crap
 

I went and clean up my engine bay earlier and I was sure to give some time to cool down and cover the filter on the intake so no water got in. When i left it drove fine with no problems. I would say about 2.5 to 3 hrs after i got home I went out to go for a ride and it had trouble starting. So once it got started I realized that is was running real rough idled like crap. So i popped the hood to see if anything was noticeable but seen nothing. So i took it to my friends house and it didn't have any power and was alot louder in sound. Got there and he drove it and said about the same thing so we went back to his house and messed around with it without any luck. I brought it back home and thats the point I am at right now. I am letting it sit to maybe dry out some. If anyone has any idea on what it could be please let me know. We also noticed when we pulled the wires off and looked them over that cylinder 2 was real dirty and almost looked like some oil was in there. But the rest of the was clean as a whistle. take off the distrib cap and spray it all out with wd-40 and also the inside of the distrib housing.
