Default Car running cold. Help!

Sup H-T. I got an 98 civic coupe with a jdm b16 in it and my problem is that my temp gauge has not moved in 2 days its been above the C under the line. Is my car really running that cold? I changed the sensors but did nothing. Before it use to take forever to warm up no it doesnt even move. I went on a 2hr drive and it didnt move a cm. Im thinking its the thermostat but it should of atleast warm up or move. I also have a fluidyne half size radiator. I can pop vtec and everthing when it says its running cold. Can someone plz help me out. Thanks

Well my first question is do you have interior heat when you turn it on? If so then you might have a guage problem. The fact that your vtec works tells me that your engine is up to operating temp. If you have no heat then I would look at the Tstat being bad

Ok so i did the first test where i ground that wire and to see if my temp gets hot, but the needle didnt move. So that means my gauge is messed up right? and i look at the wire n seems fine.
