Car Problem. Please help:cry:
Not sure if you guys can help through here but i have a car problem. To start off I have a 95 civic dx with the d15b7. The heater just stopped working out of nowhere a few nights ago. The car also has the tendency to show that it might be over heating and sometimes it actually does. The exhaust had 4 leaks. So car i replaced the Exhaust and the Thermostat and the Temperature sending unit. The car's heater still doesn't work and the the gauge on the dash still shows that it's still over heating. My last guess is just the head gasket. So my question is, how would I fix my heating problem and whether or not you guys agree I just need a new head gasket change?

Unless your getting clearly white smoke out of the exhaust, and adding coolant every week, i wouldnt change the h/g yet. What part of your heater doesnt work, the heat or does it not blow air? If it doesnt blow air, replace the fuse. Since you've replaced the thermostat and so on, i would say fush the cooling system. The heater core may be clogged with sediments.
