Which cylinder did you change? If one is bad its probably time to change the other one as well.

The car is supposed to move with the clutch engaged. I'm confused.

The clutch is almost brand new.

Could it be a warped flywheel?

When you replaced the clutch you replaced the pressure plate as well? did you resurface the flywheel? Also bleed the clutch line again maybe their is air in it.

remove the rubber cover on the slave cylinder, and have a friend push the pedal down, see if the slave cylinder moves out all the way, if it doesnt, bleed the clutch, if that doesnt work, bleed it again, and if it still doesnt work, bleed it some more. if it does move out all the way, pull the trans and inspect everything.
