Your CV axles probably have had torn boots for a while, and the parts inside, having gone ungreased, are now what is clicking on turns. They may need to be replaced if that is the problem.

Once it's gone on long enough for the axles to start clicking, all I would think you could do is change those things soon. I've heard horror stories about CV axles with torn boots snapping at those joints after too long, but I've been through the same problem myself, and nothing broke while I was saving for some new ones. I wouldn't quote myself, but you'll have at least SOME time to get replacements before everything goes FUBAR on you.

Inside the CV joint are ball bearings which fall out and then it starts to click. Like the others said, change it before it fails and the car pulls severely to oneside while driving.

I may get flamed, but change your brake pads. People will tell you ti's the axles and what not but it's difficult to tell when we can't hear it. However, from what has been said this has happened to me 3 times and the same resolution fixed them all... BRAKE PADS ... I got my brake pads changed and turned the rotors and the noise stopped. Yes, this noise occurs while turning. Trust me, just change your brake pads and let me know if it stops.

Check your cv boots. And I wouldnt reccomend ignoring it. Would you really want a problem when youre doing 70-80 down the highway?

Only a little. It's not that vague of a problem, and should be easy to spot if you just look. If the boots are torn enough to let loose all their grease, it'll most likely be obvious by site. Just take a quick look under the car, it'll be easy to see if a boot has been torn in half. There will most likely also be grease all around the area, as the main way the grease escapes after the boot has been torn is to spin off in all directions.

at high speeds i dont hear it... and it only makes noise when accelerating around turns. i also changed my brake pads a week ago since i needed to. i kept hearing the noise before and after the pads were changed. so i just need to replace the CV boots?

No. Since your car is making clicking sounds, you NEED to change out the axle. It has been damaged enough to warrant the replacement with a new one. A new CV boot is like putting a band aid on a severed leg. It won't do.
I can email you a copy of a DYI on a 5th or 6th gen (can't remember) for changing out your CV axle if you want.

Re: car makes noise around turns..... (BlackoutVTi)
yeah my driver side cv boot was done and I just swapped the axle last week, took me like 3 hours (haha I suck), first time I've done it though and my lack of experience didn't exactly help
Here's a good Tutorial by B18C5-EH2: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=382416
EDIT: you gotta take the axle out to replace and repack the cv boot with grease anyway (unless you plan to be under the car and try this), and the price difference isn't that great between replacing the boot, and the entire axle. chances are, your axle is already fucked so just replace the entire thing.

Maybe, but in the future, practice downshifting at high speeds. It could be warped brake rotors from the previous times you've broken hard while moving fast.
