Default Car Lost Battery...

OK So I have a 99' Civic EX and a few days ago i blew my Fuel Pump Fuse under the Dash Fuse Box, today, i left my car outside the house at 7am and went home at 11pm, i live in california (orange county), was about to drive my civic inside the garage, turned it on and then it wont start, it is cold outside, does it affect the battery? i kind of killed my battery 3 times before and had to jump start it with a friends civic. my question is there a shortage somewhere on my car? did the battery die because of that? does the cold weather affect/drain the battery?

Sounds like your battery was croaking before this cold evening.
Your battery fully charged should be over 13v.
If its below and falls below 13v after jump starts then its time to replace it.
I cant imagine your battery croaking in the blustery cold of OC... did it drop below 70 degrees?
Cold can effect your battery , but if its bad...
Also you need to check to see if your alternator is functioning properly.
Remove it and take it to your local Vatozone to have it tested.
They'll do it for free.

First start off by testing your altenator, see if its working properly.
Battery like i said earlier... it has to maintain a certain voltage.
Youtube & google there are some really good vids and write ups on how to check for this.
