Hey guys finally got my swap running but now as I drive on the freeway my car pops out of 5th sometimes... The shift linkage that I'm using is bent but when I had it on my other car it never pooped out of fifth...what could possible be wrong

Problem with the tranny. I had it happen to me except in second gear. Was the main shaft bearing or something like that. Either way.. expensive to fix.

check ur MTF and it could possibly be the shift linkage.... if its on anoter car

A different chasis may bring different results. Check the linkage and if that checks out fine you may have worn parts in your transmission that have seen better days! Check the easy stuff first...as fluid may cause an issue

My integra was just 1/2 a quart low and would pop out of 5th like no ones business

I would try adding some MTF. I had this problem on my 91 hatch that I just picked up. Added some tranny fluid, and the tranny works great now.

I will try the fluid...if that dosent qork what could it be

There can't be nothing mechanicaly worng woth the tranny cause it was just totlly rebuilt a month ago then I took it off the old mototr and put it on a new so I'm hoping its jus tfluid
