Default Car Just Died. PLease HELP!

OK now i have no idea what happened but i was stopped at a light and the rpm's just dropped and the car stalled. When i tried to start it back up it wouldnt crank over. The weirdest thing is that the CEL came on but pulled out the ecu plug and tried to plug it into a spare ecu i keep in the back seat it didnt hesitate the throw a check engine light on that ecu too. I even tried disconnecting the battery to reset both ecu's and when i just turned the ignition on (usually you hear the ECU click to shut the CEL light off) the CEL never went off. It just stayed on. Keep in mind i havent even tried to crank it yet and it already knew to throw a CEL. How the hell would this happen on 2 ECU's. So i opened up my hood and i noticed my Fuel Pressure guage mounted on the filter was at 0 lbs. SO now i think i might have blown the fuel pump or even a fuse. There is no smell of gas no any pressure. I checked the fuse and it wasnt blown. Has anyone ever heard of the weirdness of this problem how 2 ECU's keep the CEL on without even starting the car even before i started cranking it. Long story short I pushed it home (2.5 miles) just because i wasnt gonna pay $85.00 for a 2 mile tow nor was i gonna leave it over night to get stripped. Can someone please help me out with this issue! Heres my setup:
GReddy TD04-15g Turbo\
Custom Intercooler 25x6x3
Venom Fuel Pump
MIssing Link
Vortech 12:1
Eclipse BOV
OBD2-OBD1 Coversion P28 ECU
