Yes, it's a 1999 or 2000 Civic. Although it is not in fact an EK chassis, that's what it's commonly referred as.

No, they're not that hard to come by. The EM1 (Si in US and SiR in Canada) is a little harder to find considering they're one of the most sought after Civics because of the motor.

but no there easy to find if its a dx or ex.

dude that would be a 99-00 ej8 (civic ex) or 99-00 em1 (civic si)...it is most likely one of these 2...cuz it looks like it has a sunroof. they are easy as hell to find...but like everyone says the em1 is a little harder to find but they are still pretty common. but most people like them for the motor but they arent really that special...i personally think its just the extra cool factor. ej8's you can find all day long. and j/w...did you not see the heading above that pic that says EK CIVIC COUPE or something like that...i mean that obviously tells you what it is besides the trim.
