Car idle really low only on warm startup
Hey what up HT,
I got a 93 hatch with a stock LS in it. Lately it seems that I have been having ignition problems. For example in the rain the car miss fires. (I know this is comon indicator of poor sparkplug wires, rotor, or cap) But Ive recently checked the resistance accross each SP wire and inspected the cap and rotor for corosion and everything checks out. If you guys have any other way of trouble shooting this ignition proble let me know. Im pretty good with the multimeter and am willing to do anything besides spend money to find the problem.

could be just a bad seal in the distributor, moisture can get in there and cause it
or it could be something more sinister like the coil going bad or the ignitor.
coils are a common problem. look for discoloration on the coil.
