Car got slower after installing igniter and coil

Default Car got slower after installing igniter and coil

i made sure before i removed my dizzy to marke down where its timed with a pen,when i put it back,car doesnt pull as hard from my friends rsx plus i ran high 14s on my gtech rather than low 14s.Any ideas?

check your timing again. I dont ever trust just marking it. grab a timing gun and do it right

Put it in Neutrel then give it gas and listen to see if it bogs out or isn't picking up if so you might not have to take the dizzy out just unbolt it slightly and mover it.

hope that helps</TD></TR></TABLE>i already removed it cause i fried my old igniter but now it slower,what am i aiming fir with a timing light?.I read the c-speed website but they didnt specify what i should adjuts it to,its an eg with a b18c

stock b18c timing. i think its 18 degrees before tdc +-2.

on the crank there is a little tab on it aim it on that set ur timing light and ur good to go. Let me know if u need a pic i got i i just cant host it's from the dealer and they won't let me cut and paste

16* before TDC +/- 2 actually
