92 civic cx
clean title
130k on odometer but issued not actual mileage title
stock and everything seems to be in good condition
he wants $2000 for it, how does that sound?

I dont think thats too bad a deal man, swoop it up. Show him cash and deal a bit, knock a few hundred off then drive away. Better deals might be out there and if your in no hurry u can wait, but I would buy it

2000 isn't that bad of a deal. You guys have to remember you are car guys and are used to getting rock bottom prices... so am I.
if the car is clean 2000 isnt too bad at all.
