Default car dies when fan turns on?

ok same scenario: 97 hatch with 00 gsr swap.

i finally figured out why my fan isn't turning on, it wasnt freakin connected!! but, when it tries to turn on, the car idle drops to ZERO and turns off. it looks like it's robbin all the electricty in the system. i connected these two connectors (in picture) and then this happeend. i disconnected it and it runs fine.

does anyone know what wires are included in this? is it possible that the IACV is hooked up incorrectly?
HELP!!!!!

I know thats the where the front engine harness i.e. lights, fan, horn. It might be that you have a bad ground somewhere.

ok i was like expletive it and i added another wire for ground...i hope it works..it turns out its not that plug. i could hear something clickin in the cabin right before it dies. wtf is that ****...almost got stuck in the busiest street in SF. man i hope that extra ground does the trick....FAWK!

why does that relay sounding noise shut the engine off? and i finally found out the stupid fan does work.

thanks again guys

can anyone help me?! the extra ground didnt work!!!! i called a friend who said it could possibly be the main relay, but why? could it be a bad coil? after it warms for about 10-20 mins (with driving) i hear a clicking noise in the cabin which takes all power away, the check engine light turns off and on then it's fine. it's been like this for two days and it was fine before i plugged the fan in. i removed the fan and it still does the same. what could that clicking noise be froM? is it the main relay? how much does one go for?

HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

Is this a stock fan? Could have a arch in one of the wires and is causing the relay to go nutz. As to why its shutting off I have noo clue maybe it thinks the engine is overheating. lol Dont got a clue

Bump I wanna know whats going on..

when you hear that noise and it's about to stall, give it some gas, see if it still stalls out
