Default Car dies out AGAIN! Please electrical people help out.

Well basically the other night im driving home after installing some ricer blue lights into my 97 Coupe since my friend had a pair lying around and one of my headlights was out. So I drover home stereo blasting after my dumbass friend pulled my cig lighter and it seemed the yellow wire was taped and it got disconnected. Like a Total dumbass I pushed it in with the wires disconnected. So yesterday when driving to work everything was normal. I got in my car after work to come home and I let it warm up when I noticed my headlights getting dim and these lights are bright. I noticed my tach stopped working. Soon my VAFC and CD player cut off. Then the car shut down.

The last time it did this was when the alternator died. I replaced it. This was like less than 2 months ago. Im scared that the alternator once again has shitted on me.
But im looking at my Battery Fuse and it looks blown the metal bar inside is very dark. like there is a crease in the middle. Could my wire in the dash taken my Battery fuse out?
Well I have been working like crazy so no time to really take alternator off yet but my plan tommorow is to charge the batter up to full potential at Advance Auto Parts and buy a new fuse to bring the car home and start working on it.
My question would be if this wire will affect the Battery fuse.
Also my gaues and climate control lights dont light up I checked fuse and I changed my Dimmer Switch. Next step is switch my gauges. Any info.

undo the wires you did. Bring it back to stock

My brother has gone thru 4 alternators since June, thank god it has a 1yr warranty on it.

you have a short somewhere and its draining the battery all the time. check any connections that you ever did and see if its cut or touching metal or something.
