Car broke down...any ideas?

Car broke down...any ideas?
Well, driving down the road, it just quit (no noise, none of the usual indicators).
I have tried everything I know to check... I am getting spark, I am getting fuel, I am getting air. No check engine lights.
BTW, its a 95 GSR stock internals, with a JRSC running 6 psi. I had a jacobs electronics ICE pak ignition on it ( I thought that was the problem so I took it off).
The middle of the distributor rotor was burnt ( really black )...Could that be a problem?
Anyways, if anyone has any ideas, I would greatly appreciate it!

How do I check timing with the car not running? I have already checked the timing belt..
