Default 92 civic heat issue. Second opinion needed

Hey guys, so like the title states, I'm have a little heat issue with my car. Of course I did my fair share of countless searching. I need a confirmation that my heater core is clogged. First up, I believe the thermostat does open because my lower radiator hose does get hot. When i touch the water hose that connects to the heater core, the input is luke warm and the output is cold. Even at normal operating temperature. I have bleed my system many times on many vehicle and this process is not new to me. But just to be as detailed as possible. I had my car on leveled ground, turn heater valve to max, topped off the coolant and run the vehicle with cap off and filling as necessary. Usually people say do a 45 min to 2 fans cycle, but to be on the safe side I waited for 3. Here is some picture just in case I'm being confusing.
