CAR BOGGING!!! getting on my nerves....
My car is a 94 hatch with a jdm d15b vtec (si) motor in it. (I didn't do the swap but have put roughly 25-30k on it since i've had it)
The car will drive completely normal when i first start it and start driving. Mabye 5-10 mins of driving later, after it has been running and gets warm, it bogs WHENEVER I touch the gas pedal.
I'm not getting a check engine light but I have a GSR cluster in and i may not have hooked it up correctly?
who knows... anyways
What could it be?
how do I check codes?
Is there any way to make the car run in *cold* mode all the time haha
ANY HELP PA-LEASE
TIA

I replaced plugs and it went away, spark plugs are less than a year old but i'll pull'm and check
I recently put a header and new exhaust on and 2 weeks later the problem is back.
My thought is that it could be a bad O2 sensor based on the cold/warm running thing, but i wanted to hear some input before doing anything.
thanks for the quick reply

Change the plugs again. It's only going to cost you 8 - 10 bucks and your time.
I put new plugs in on Jan, 1st and the car began bogging two weeks ago. I changed them and it's all good now.
When I pulled the plugs and inspected them they looked fine. I even got other opinions from people on them and they thought they looked normal.
Hope this helps.

Sounds like it could be a bad coil. Check everything ignition related.
I had a crappy MSD external coil setup, and it would bog a lot when the car was warmed up. Went back to OEM setup, no problem at all.

Went through replacing things yesterday (oil change, spark plugs, cleaned the o2 sensor) and then i replaced the distributer cap and the old one had tons of corrosion on it ... so far with the brand new cap it has been running fine *knocks on wood*
I'll post again if it acts up again .. in which case i'll max out my credit card with parts to finish my lsvtec
Thank's everyone
