car boggin..low rpm's??

i dont know whats wrong with it..it boggs really bad at low rpm's like theres no power...but when it passes a certian rpm its ok.....its a d16z btw an an i just replace the dizzy,rotor,an cap about a year ago

My buddies B20 was boggin, he swapped the a LS head and it ran fine, much stronger. Check your value cover seal and bolts.
