car alarm issues. Need help ASAP!!

Default car alarm issues. Need help ASAP!!

ive been working on my car the last couple of days and the other day i was working i had the car running and i was out of the car, the car alarm went off i didnt hit the buttom or anything. it just went off i have no idea why i havent been able to figure out why it went off and i havent been able to shut it off expect for when i unhook the battery. my car is a 95 civic hatchback i need some help oh the only way i can unlock the doors is by the remote thanks for the help or trying to help lol

Sometimes you can just pull the fuse for the alarm. You might have a valet-override button you push and hold. I think it's usually under the steering columnIf it's aftermarket, you can call the alarm company or installer.

is the fuse under the dash board? and what number is it?

I think it's an option fuse in the underhood fuse box. There might also be an inline fuse on its power cable.

alright ill try and find it tomorrow. everyonce an awhile it will go off but once i do something it comes back on again like open the drive side door it comes back on. its been trippin' out the last few days

would the battery in the remote have anything to do with it? i dont know when the last time the battery was replace

Could be. Sometimes when your battery gets low, it can make your alarm freak out. Batteries are cheap, try that first, if not, if you had the alarm installed somewhere wee if they can check it out, if not see if you have a receipt for where the alarm was installed. If none of the above are available, you might want to have someone who know what they are doing check it out. Good luck man.

but it wouldnt trip out the alarm on the car? i dont know when the last time the battery in the remote was replaced. if there was a shortage in the alarm system would i have to replace the whole thing?

i dont have a receipt or anything i bought the car off a friend. he gave me a new remote when i bought the car but i lost it so i just have the old remote now

is the alarm system hook up to the fuel? cause im trying to disable the alarm and the car isnt getting any fuel when i try and start it doesnt wanna turn over all the way. was checking all my fuses and one was blown replaced it and now its making a clicking sound from under the dash
