Default Capacity of manual transmission

I'm helping my buddy tune up his 95 Civic LX. Yesterday I changed the plugs
and the tips were worn down until you could barely see them. This guy is hopeless with cars.

I am going to change his manual tranny fluid, (its probably from 95) and I need someone with a Helms to look up the fluid capacity of the manual transmission. I can't get the car flat so I want to fill it up knowing the amount.

Thanks
