cant start car CEL wont shut off
hello
i have an 1996 1600 civic coupe auto trans.
in the past month when is cold and rainy if i turn the switch on the cel wont shut off i had to wait about 3 min for it to shut off and than the fuel pump making the sound of work and the just start the car.
yesterday i waited 3 min but it didnt shut off and the car wont start fuel pump doesnt doing the sound and if i try to start it just the starter spining and thats it.
the main relay is fine i have 2 and both i soldred to a perfect condition.
is it the ecu? i have g51 if i aint mistaken can i get it some how fixed or i need a new one?
does any one familiar with this problem?
