i like the silverstars the most (the brightest bulb i can legal use in NY) but no matter what flutted lenses aren't great for lighting performance.
you might think about getting aftermarket headlights w/ clear housing or adding so GOOD fog/driving lights.

welcome to honda lol i think it is like that with any eg honda you cant see **** in the rain or fog. oh and just wait for your climate control thing doesent light up anymore another eg problem but besides that all
