Default Cant get it the teeth too lign up right?(timing Belt)

okay im working on a B16a (89) , im putting 98 GSR cams in it and after putting everything together or at least most of it!, I noticed that the teeth or so called marks on the Cams wont lign up at all? ive gotten it as close as i could and after i tighten everything back up and rotate the crank counterclockwise it just seems too be jumping a tooth?.

- is there any tips you guys can give me?

-my friend was telling me that i have too set the the cams in towards eachother a little so that when i tighten it they stick at the same spot??//??IS this true? if soo how LMK!

any help will be apreciated you guys thank you Honda tech!

Any good links with good pics on how!?any so called shortcuts? or any Xtra little things i can do that will help! LMK ASAP
