Cant get my eg started!

If anyone could help me out info would be awesome! ive been workin on my car have a 92 eg with a b16 boosted. ok here are some details on whats goin on i went to go for a ride one day turned on my hatch ran for about 3 sec then shut of went to go start it again an no fuel pump kick on no relay kicked and no power to the ecu Ive tried new relays and swaping ecu's and and sanded all the spots down when checkin the grounds for better contact any ideas?:scared:

Does the warning lights on the dash light-up when you turn it in ON position?

yes everything turns on the (CEL) light just stays on with everything else

Check ecu under hood fuse.

checked that everythings good i was thinkin its a wiring issue not sure but ill check all that over ill keep you posted thanks
