cant get my b series idle speed to increase
Obd1 b18b1 swapped in a 98 civic ex. When I bought the car it idled ridiculously low, I adjusted the iacv and got it up to around 800.
Blew a headgasket a couple months later, and when I put it back together the cam timing was a couple teeth off. Idled at about 200.
Tried adjusting the iacv one whole turn with no movement in idle speed. Eventually got the cam timing back to spec and still idles at 200.
I've tried adjusting the dizzy both ways with no change. And the other day I turned the iacv two whole rotations with no change. Still idles at 200.
Anyone know any other ways of adjusting idle speed?
