Default can't find 99 EX CEL plug

so i have a cel on the dash and i'm tryin to get the b16a2 running correctly in my 99 ex. I can't seem to find the plug by the ecu to jump for a code. i know the 99-00 ex harnesses are different from all the other ek harnesses but i expect that the plug would be there. you don't have to tell me where it's located because i have done this before. the only one i've found is the obd2 port under the d/s, but the car is converted to obd1. i just wanna know if it's even there before i take the glove box out and go digging for a plug that's not there. thanks in advance!

1. Is the cabin harness converted to OBD1?
2. If you know "wat" it looks like and where it should be, why don't you just find it?
3. You mentioned taking the glovebox out, which tells me you DON'T know where it is

Depends on what he means by "converted to obd1". If he's just using a conversion harness at the ECU the plug will be where it was stock.

Remove the passenger kick panel. It branches from the main wire harness above the ECU. It may be inserted into a green or blue rubber holder. Have you looked at the pictures in the CEL sticky?
