This is probably an incredibly stupid question, but I've searched several diagrams with no luck. I eventually found a picture of what I am searching for, but cannot find the page that it is referenced in. My car is a 98 DX.

The picture is here, but I am not a member of those forums as I like lurking around here better. The part I need is number 8 in that picture. It's a rubber o-ring/coupler/gasket/???? that goes between the throttle body and the engine air filter housing. My number 8 has some issues and I'd like to replace it.

hmm thats strange. It takes me to the picture, but I'll check the site you mentioned. I appreciate the help. I'll put the image on imgur.


EDIT: Found the part immediately. Thanks again JarvisW, I appreciate it. Turns out the part is "JOINT, THROTTLE RUBBER". Lol generic, but it's $6.
