If there is a green vin plate on the front edge of the bell housing that starts with 1hgem1 it's a b16 trans... Thats if it's a USDM trans. Otherwise look for stickers saying "s-40,s-80, etc." From the sounds of the rpm at that speed sounds like a b16 trans.

It's a B-series hydro tranny, case and seals are all the same. If there are no markings on the case you'll need to open the tranny and count teeth, as well as determine whether you have single or double cone synchros.

The seal you want is an axle seal, the input shaft seal is where the input shaft (the splined shaft the clutch disc slides on) input shaft goes through the case.

If it's OBD1 no, JDM OBD2 will have holes for a VIN tag, but no actual tag. USDM OBD2 will have a VIN tag.
This is where it gets tricky, the halfshaft/intermediate shaft isn't always the same, depending on what was available when the swap was done. You can use '90 - '93 Integra axles and intermediate shaft, but you need to use the matching axle seal and driver's side axle. Most likely you've got a '94 - '01 Integra or '99 - '00 Civic Si/Del Sol VTEC setup though.

Assuming you have anything but '90 - '93 Integra axles buy a '99 - '00 Civic Si axle seal. Same goes for axles, assuming there's something wrong with them in the first place.

'94 - '01, any model.
Signs are slipping or grabby clutch, transmission fluid leaking between the bell housing and block. You'd need to pull the tranny to see if it was coming from the input shaft on the transmission or the rear main seal on the engine.
