I want to know can a stock 99 civic si cd player fit in my civic hb? if it works how do i do it ? Sorrie for the noob question

because of the funny shaped face of the stock radio in the 96-98 civics you would have to install it down where the cup holders go.

Do u know what kind stuff do i need to change it ? i change the harness and it still wont work do anyone know whats the problem?

It can be done...and it does not have to be down by the cupholders. I put a 99 GSR CD player in my 96 civic and placed it directly were the old civic unit was. Just got a cd player install kit from best buy and did some fabbing on it. Fits like a glove and doesn't skip.

i put a si cd player in my old hatchback, its possible.i rewired it when i put it in, because i didnt have any stock harnesses, but arent all honda ones the same?
