can some please answer this for me....i have read that this steering wheel doesn't fit on eg's or ej's but only ek's but then on inline four is says that it does...can someone verify this for me...anyone have pics on eg?

yeah thats wat i thought also...it says on inlinefour that it does and the dood thats selling it says it does also...so i'm kinda confused

it's a 98 spec ITR steering wheel

ITR steering wheels should fit. i think its the CTR's that only fit EK's.

oh ****...think your right....i think thats where i got confused...the CTR one doesn't fit the EG...but they look exactly the same, if i'm not mistaking

oh if its the itr wheel it should fit then. I thought it was a ctr wheel just from the pics

I also like the wheel. i have a pic of it on its own and on an EK. So thats why i am curious teg or civic. I thought it was an EK9(civic type R) wheel.

The 99 & up itr wheel & the 96-00 ctr wheelare identical accept for the splines where it bolts to the car. The itr wheel will fir the eg but not the ek... and the ek wheel will only fit that car and nothing else... but they do look exactly the same.

yup thats right, but i've heared the 96-00 ctr steering will fit 96- accords as well.

Yea it does.. AND you can make the Airbag work too!

Anyone know exactly how to tell the difference between the CTR and ITR steering wheels?

The only thing different there is that one don't have an airbag. So for people without factory airbags, that'll work. But if you have airbags then you'll need to buy the one with an airbag so it stays legal since it's illegal to remove the airbag.

hmmmm kinda confusing. I thought that wheel posted last was a 1996 jdm type r wheel. I thought civic type R's were 98 and up?

also like asked before, does anybody know how to tell the difference between the CTR and the ITR wheels with srs?

u can tell by looking on the back of the hub...the splint if it is vertical it is a CTR and if it is horizontal its is an ITR.
(correct me if i'm wrong)
