Yea, they make a header for the D series.
To be honest with ya bro, I wouldnt even bother with that header at all.

honestly im just trying to make an all motor reliable d series i already hav the skunk2 manifold with a bigger tb and the 99si air box with spoon drop in air filter and crower stage 2 cams with springs and retainer zc dual cam pistons with stock rods just need headers now no exhaust hate the noise

Thats a good start, although why did you change the pistons out but not rods?
If you want to get a header, you really need to have an exhaust. A header flowing into a stock exhaust is like hitting a brick wall as far as flow is concerned.
Apex'i WS is a nice quiet exhaust, and is very efficient.

yeah i cant stand the noise i usually go header with 2.25 piping and then a stock muffker just to keep the noise down the pistons for higher compression 10 5 1 but you dont really need aftermarket rods for stock pistons

Well..2.25" piping is not stock
No, you dont need upgraded rods for stock pistons, you're right.
However, If you have a z6 motor you're already sitting at 10.2:1 Compression. So to me, 10.5 is not really considered "high".
I would of went to 11.5 or 12:1 IMO.
