Can someone please tell me the valves lash for a D16Y8!
Whats up, i want to set my valve lash in my del sol but i dont have the specs! I have a manual for my old 95 civic dx D15B7...would they both be the same or will will the Y8 be different? Thanks Alot!

hey give me a day and i can get some for you if you still need them, i have a computer program in class that i can get specs for on any engine so i will look it up for you tomrrow and post the results.

.007 - .009 in Intake
.009 - .011 in Exhaust
I believe. I'm sure SOHC will verify, and so will I in a matter of minutes! <--- Verified via Helms manual!!!

Just a heads up to everyone looking for valve lash measurements. Just pop your hood up, they are on a sticker that has a diagram of your catalyst system. Right below that on the same sticker are your measurements. Good Luck.
