can someone identify this port on the y8 manifold

can someone identify this port on the y8 manifold
the coolant nipple is off to the side but what is the other port connected to it. Is that the main coolant line?

One more question, the previous pic shows that coolant nipple and i know where that goes on my IACV but where does the other port go to (from the IACV)
